Update - 10th February 2018
We launched a crowdfunded loan offer on our development at Market St, Cinderford yesterday. Investments are secured by a first charge over the development site and the annual interest rate being paid to investors is 9% per annum. The investment offer is eligible as an ISA investment, so returns can be secured tax free.
This is the first round of three anticipated funding raises on this project. This first funding round will cover the acquisition costs and initial professional fees to start development on the project.
Because investors in this first funding round will have a first charge over the project and future funding rounds will be secured by charges in order, the loan to GDV (LTGDV) will reduce as works are undertaken on the project. By the time works are completed, first round investors loan to GDV is expected to be around 22.5%.
We have hit the ground running on this campaign with £14,0000 pledged towards our £180,000 Target shortly after the project was launched. For more details or if you are interested in investing, please visit the Simple Crowfunding website by clicking here.

On 27th September 2017, we launched an equity investment offer on ONE62, our development in Hythe, Kent. Our minimum funding target was £100,000 with a total funding target of £150,000. Due to an unanticipated level of demand from investors, we closed the offer after having raised a total of £200,000. This was the maximum amount of funding we could accomodate in this project. £130,000 was raised via Simple Crowdfunding and a further £70K from private investors who invested directly with us.
