We worked closely on theis project with Guy Holloway, a leading UK architectural firm whose main office is located locally in Hythe, to create a contemporary design which includes six spacious apartments with balconies and/or outside space.
We started work on this development in January 2018 and expect to have it completed by November 2018. The apartments are very centrally located in Hythe and will be completed in a modern style to a high level of specification. The central location of the development, across the street from Waitrose on one side of the building and with direct level access to the High St on the other, means all of the amenities of Hythe town centre are within easy walking distance.
Excellent restaurants such as top modern british restaurant Hythe Brasserie, Indian fusion restaurant Copper and Spices and Thai restaurant Thailand Tom are all within easy walking distance, as are the boutique shops and gastropubs located in the High St. The Royal Military Canal is located on the other side of Prospect Road and the beachfront is a short walk away.
In keeping with the high quality external finishes and appearance of the building, the internal specifications of the apartments will be high. They will feature underfloor heating, contemporary style kitchens with granite worksurfaces and bathrooms by Villeroy and Boch. The top floor penthouse on the top floor will have sweeping views over Hythe Town to the front and rear.

Update 10th February 2018
We have now completed reduced level dig, site clearance and piling. All 45 piles went in last week and the work was completed ahead of schedule. Work on the foundation will commence this coming week.
