What we are looking for
At the moment, we are looking for sites in South East London, Gloucestershire and Kent or Sussex. However, we will also consider sites in other areas nearby, for example, we would also consider Bath or Bristol in the west of england or South/South West London if the right site becomes available. Our target range in terms of size is between 5 and 20 units and £5-£10m in value once development is completed, but we will also consider larger and smaller sites than this.

The Option Agreement is a way of ensuring that both parties benefit from the arrangement. The agreement will include the amount we agree to pay you for the land or buildings, the length of time provided to secure planning permission and any other relevant terms and conditions.

There is significant cost involved in obtaining planning permission. Many surveys and reports are required before a planning application can be submitted. We’ll take care of all the costs and process involved with this. Once planning permission has been granted, we’ll then have a pre-agreed period of time to exercise the option and buy your property before development commences.
